Attorney Profiles

Dave Rich

Dave grew up in Denver and received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Dave Rich is a business owner turned attorney. As a former business owner, Mr. Rich has a unique perspective on legal services, because he was a client before he became a lawyer. Mr. Rich understands the need for lawyers to listen to their clients in order to truly understand their needs and goals. He also knows how important it is to ensure that legal fees are reasonable and transparent, keeping his clients' return on investment regarding legal fees in mind at all times.

Mr. Rich strives to deliver exceptional legal and customer service to his clients at a reasonable cost, all while making the legal process more understandable and less stressful.

Mr. Rich has been practicing law since 2008, first as a real estate, business, and estate planning attorney and then as a wills, trusts, probate, and divorce attorney. Mr. Rich is a certified mediator and is proud of being able to help parties overcome seemingly insurmountable differences to create mutually beneficial agreements, when possible, in order to avoid costly courtroom battles.
