Dave Rich


Dave grew up in Denver and received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Dave Rich is a business owner turned attorney. As a former business owner, Mr. Rich has a unique perspective on legal services, because he was a client before he became a lawyer. Mr. Rich understands the need for lawyers to listen to their clients in order to truly understand their needs and goals. He also knows how important it is to ensure that legal fees are reasonable and transparent, keeping his clients' return on investment regarding legal fees in mind at all times.

Mr. Rich strives to deliver exceptional legal and customer service to his clients at a reasonable cost, all while making the legal process more understandable and less stressful.

Mr. Rich has been practicing law since 2008, first as a real estate, business, and estate planning attorney and then as a wills, trusts, probate, and divorce attorney. Mr. Rich is a certified mediator and is proud of being able to help parties overcome seemingly insurmountable differences to create mutually beneficial agreements, when possible, in order to avoid costly courtroom battles.

Christopher Fry


Christopher Fry has practical experience in resolving a wide variety of family law and divorce matters, as well as child support and debt collection. Prior to starting The Fry Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Fry worked with several small and mid-sized law firms in Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins, Colorado, in the areas of criminal, natural resource, civil money claim, and family law. Mr. Fry received his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School (J.D.). He has a B.A. from Columbia University in New York, where he earned a double major in Economics and Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Fry worked as a strategic business consultant for a number of Fortune 500 companies. During law school, Mr. Fry earned academic awards for his natural resource work and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Colorado Journal of International and Environmental Law and Policy, (now the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Review). Mr. Fry also participated in the Criminal Defense Law Clinic while at CU.

Mr. Fry believes in giving back to his community and is an active volunteer in several non-profit organizations. Mr. Fry currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for The Growing Project, a Fort Collins based 501(c)(3) organization.

Michael Milazzo

undefinedMichael grew up in northern New England and received his B. Sc. (cum laude) In biology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. As an undergraduate, Michael published several papers in scientific journals related to plant biotechnology. Upon graduation, Michael worked in research chemical engineering firms, specializing in formulation and optimization of multicomponent photocatalysts. Michael is a co-inventor on patents related to this work.

While still in law school, Michael worked for the United States Army Legal Services Agency in Washington, D.C., (JAG), and continued to do so at the Office of the State Judge Advocate, Vermont.

Michael established himself in Colorado after graduating from Vermont Law School in 2005, interning for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in the Natural Resources and Environment Section while continuing his work on his master’s degree in environmental law, which he received in 2006 (cum laude).

After finishing his degrees, Michael focused on civil litigation here in Colorado, and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Michael is an entrepreneur, forming his own military and government supply company, and now focuses his energies on providing estate planning to Colorado residents.

A United States Army combat veteran, Michael served as a reconnaissance paratrooper, and is a graduate of the elite U.S. Army Airborne and Ranger Schools.
