Carol moved to her beloved Vail Valley in the mountains of Colorado in 1994, where she worked and made partner in a boutique real estate law firm. During that time, Carol worked on a variety of real estate and business matters, including involvement in large residential and commercial development projects in Beaver Creek and Eagle Ranch. Carol launched her solo practice in 2004 in the Vail Valley where she raised her family and continues her separate practice today. Carol represents buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and homeowner associations all over the state with their contractual and transactional needs. Legal services include assistance with purchase and sale transactions, title and due diligence review, common interest communities, construction, leasing, entity formation and commercial transactions.
