Mr. MacNeil offers thoughtful and strategic guidance to individuals, families, and veterans facing intricate legal issues.
He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2004 and holds a Master of Laws in Wealth Management from Texas A&M University School of Law. Admitted to the Texas Bar in 2006, Mr. MacNeil focuses his practice on asset protection through wills and trusts, probate administration, VA disability claims, entertainment contract negotiation, and real estate dispute resolution. He is certified by the Veterans Administration as a Veteran’s Disability Attorney and serves as a contract adviser for the NFLPA. He is also qualified to manage guardianships in Texas state courts.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. MacNeil served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. He is an Iraqi War Veteran. He actively supports the veteran community, maintaining membership in the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars,
A long-standing resident of the Texas Hill Country he has held roles in various community organizations to include President of the Board for the Bandera and Uvalde County Boys and Girls Club and as a Board Member on the Community Council of South Texas.

I was born and raised in the small west Texas town of Menard, Texas, located along the banks of the San Saba River. After serving 4 years in the US Army, I obtained my degree from the University of Texas-San Antonio before earning my Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
