Lee Gelman is a Real Estate and Litigation contract attorney at Flatiron Legal Advisors, LLC. Lee has been practicing law since 1989. He has a Geology degree with concentration in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and received his JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago. After graduating law school, Lee joined the United States Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources division where he prosecuted individuals and companies for violating the various federal environmental laws - Superfund, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and RCRA.
After leaving Justice, Lee worked for and managed a law firm in the Colorado high country, and then went out on his own providing legal representation on real estate, construction and contract law matters for individuals and companies.
Lee also maintains his own private practice in mediation and arbitration.
