Bridget Grace is an estate planning, elder law and family law attorney in our Colorado Springs office. Bridget is a Colorado Springs native. Bridget has over 25 years of family law and estate planning experience. She graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1997. She started her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General's Office for the Child Support Division. In addition, Bridget mediated and litigated contested family law issues including visitation and custody. During her tenor with the Attorney General's Office, she was elevated to the role of Managing Attorney and received honorary awards for her work.
Bridget has handled thousands of family cases throughout her 17 years as a solo practitioner. She has litigated every type of family law case, including trials before judges, juries, and appellate courts. She has handled contested child custody, visitation, divorce, adoption, parental-rights termination, enforcement, protective order cases throughout her years of practice. She has also had a lot of experience in mediating cases and is a certified family law mediator.
Bridget also practices estate planning (wills and trusts), realizing that there was a need to help families with wills, trusts, guardians and living wills and powers of attorney. Bridget's goal is to guide each client through the legal process with her knowledge of the law and compassion for each unique situation, all while working to obtain the best outcome possible. Her advice to clients incorporates compassion and practical guidance based on the reality of a client's situation.
While not practicing law, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family, watching her youngest son play sports, playing with her rescue dogs, crafting, and rooting for the Denver Broncos.
