Hollis started practicing law in her home state, Colorado, in 2017. She worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Colorado's First Judicial District Attorney's Office and Twentieth Judicial District Attorney's Office. During her time as a prosecutor she managed large criminal dockets to include a variety of traffic, misdemeanor and felony cases. She has been practicing criminal law for the last six years and in that time completed over 35 trials.
