Prior to attending law school, Rachel obtained her Master’s degree in Business Management and was a Human Resource Generalist for multi-national companies, constructively managing employees at all levels of the organization and creating solutions to and providing resolutions within emotional, uncomfortable, and often very personal employee issues. During law school, Rachel focused on corporate law, real estate, and financial transactions, graduating with her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. Rachel then practiced real estate law and general civil litigation with a small firm, which taught her how to navigate the nuances of the judicial system and in which she gained valuable courtroom experience.
Rachel’s background brings a unique perspective into family law cases, wherein Rachel is pragmatic, data focused, and possesses strong litigation skills, while also being able to fully relate to the human element of the case in a kind, understanding, and empathetic manner.
Rachel is a Colorado native with strong roots within the community. In her free time, you will find Rachel spending time with her husband and young son outdoors enjoying the beautiful Colorado scenery or hunkering down with a good book.
