Mr. Thomas has negotiated purchase contracts for over $100,000,000 in products and services, but also focuses his practice on business formation, governance, and litigation. He also jumps at the opportunity to represent consumers in cases concerning unfair practices, debt collection, and credit reports. Mr. Thomas earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in tax law and entrepreneurial law. Upon graduating, he worked for a Denver District Court judge with a civil docket. Mr. Thomas loves to travel with his family, and has taught English in Bupyeong and Bundang, Korea, and studied sustainable development in Uppsala, Sweden.
